We previously had our ActionText and ActiveStorage integrations kind of split across the starter repo and the core repo. To centralize everything we removed these two files from the starter repo and added them to core (and made some enhancements, more on that below): app/views/active_storage/blobs/_blob.html.erb - new file in core app/views/layouts/action_text/contents/_content.html.erb - new file in core.
